Function isApplicationModule

isApplicationModule(file: string, extensions: string[]): boolean
Whether a file is one of the application's own modules.

Declaration files describe code rather than being it, and tests are not part of the application, so neither belongs in the manifest.
Parameters
- file: string
  The file name.
- extensions: string[]
  The extensions to accept.
Returns boolean
True when the file is a module to collect.
