Run one step of a builder.

A target that does not implement a step says so by name, rather than failing on an undefined call: a native application has no preview, and that is worth a sentence.
Parameters
- context: ConsoleContext
  The console context.
- event: IncomingEvent
  The console event.
- step: keyof StoneBuilder
  The step to run.
- ...args: unknown[]
  Extra arguments for the step.
Returns Promise<void>

Throws
When the resolved target does not support the step.
